I will never understand this body. I know I'm tired, but it refuses to sleep. And once I'm awake, I cannot drop back asleep. I'd want to jump out and have breakfast or watch Code Geass (I grew to like this sigh) or do yoga. Only Gabriel can wake up and sleep and wake up and sleep.
Actually I do understand this body, it is as terrified of under-living as my mind is. Which is why I push myself to extremes, especially when it comes to body stretching. In yoga, I'm always straining to put my body in pain, even in the soft poses, so that improvement will come. And it did!!!
Gabriel was still stubbornly asleep and stirred only when I mentioned food so I went for it.
Usually I'd make scrambled eggs because he loves how I make them. But today I tried eggs in a basket, grilled ham on toast and scrambled eggs with ham bits. I would be more creative but his kitchen only had ham, eggs and toast ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We got up to watch Code Geass together and I forgot how, but I ended up falling asleep. I woke up the first time and tried to get him to buy me lunch, but we ended up almost fighting and he stormed out the house while I sat in his room seething.
Lately, he's been extremely tolerant of everything I am. No matter what disastrous temper I'm in, he'd grit his teeth and pull through it with tenderness and love. Is that because he truly sees me as his future wife now?
But it doesn't matter. I'm so glad for him. I really am. Despite being the one at fault 100% for throwing the tantrum that led to him eating alone, he still came back with food for me :')
I fell asleep again after eating and when I woke up, he was at his desk. I had a bad dream and he rushed to my side and listened to me talk about my dream, which I forgot. He lovingly patted my head and cooed me to sleep again so I fell dead asleep again lol.
I woke up a second time because of a new bad dream. This one I remembered. My mum was forcing me into my Miami trip and I brought my sister and cousin too, only to lose them both in Miami. I woke up upset and he came over again, comforting me adorably.
The third time I woke up, I was ready to go home but he was asleep this time.
The kitchen had some eggs, toast, ham, leftover chicken from my lunch, mayo and a burrito wrap. I pulled them up all together on the pan and it looked spectacular. I was so excited, I pretty much ran into his room carrying the final product. I called it my 'Super Burrito'! I made him call it that too.
We caught up more on Code Geass before I left for home.
I wanted to come home today only because I wanted to setup and show the Chinese movie my mum has been longing to watch. But in the end, she wasn't impressed. My dad said he would've flipped if he paid cinema prices to watch it and my mum shook her head at how terrible it was.
THIS IS WHY YOU CANNOT PROGRESS, CHINA!
Rest of my night is spent feeling restless restless restless.
