I booked two classes: triple threat bootcamp from 12.15pm to 1pm and arm balances/ inversions from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
I intended to go home before coming back for the second class but the place was such a charm. They have the quaintest resting spot decorated with fairy lights and sinking beanbag chairs. But most of all, they had a charging outlet and free wifi so you can see where I am sold.

Workout wise, triple threat bootcamp is truly not for the faint hearted.
As explained, it is a sequence of yoga to warm up, then HIIT to kick things up a notch, and finishing off with calisthenics for targeted headstand/ handstand practice. It felt like a cross between barre and bikram. It kicked my ass and I LOVED IT!
It isn't as intensively repetitive as barre, isn't as singularly flexibility-focused as rhythmic gymnastics and it isn't as exhaustive as HIIT. It is a nice mix. But the bad location means I won't be back anytime soon so: time to scour for more studios!
Met baby after work and he was the sweetest thing, fussing over me and feeding me soup because I was freezing on the bus to him. He also noticed my earpiece had passed away and got me a new one when we passed by Challenger. Wow who is this spontaneous man!
Night time was a weird Ah Long Pte Ltd because he wanted to show me this 'lim bei' phrase that he was throwing at me hahah. I think he has lost all interest in keeping himself as mysteriously sexy as possible hahah now it's Beng Briel anytime he pleases.
I like our morning rituals nowadays; he's getting a lot clingy-er.
In the past, he'd be in a rush and forget to give me my morning loving before he goes. He still rushes around and at increasingly obscene noise levels, but now he'd stroke my head twice and kiss me before he goes.
I am so lucky.
God I want this forever.
