I have photos but none of me prettily posing so I'll save this review for next Tuesday when I lovingly go back for more. But in a nutshell, this class is a cross between ballet and yoga, with a lot of cardio. It was barre's cardio and yin yoga's flexibility training.
I enjoyed it immensely.

Lol @ me.
This girl in class is my actual living wet dream. She could split at a minute's notice, she could endure all the core exercises, she could do it all. AND SHE WAS PRETTY AND SWEET TO TOP IT OFF.
Fuck me. Actually why me when there's her. I kid okay chick, if you're reading this, I'm not serious. I just think you're amazing. I do not actually have a penis. Nor do I condone any ugly ones to come your way.
That means you, pervert reader who probably got here from my sginstababe feature.
My deceitful split.
I say deceitful because it isn't a full one yet. My hips aren't squared, even though I can do a full forward fold into them. I think it could be my hamstrings and their evil. I managed to get into this mainly because of Karpenko's religious stretching routine, but Yoga Bar was pretty amazing too.
There's the view, first of all. Nothing beats it's 16th level view at Far East Shopping Center. Location was great too, I walked there within minutes from Claymore.
The instructor swore she saw me somewhere but couldn't place it. I don't really recognize her but she reminds me of my dear Ziva Yoga instructor. Anyway I opted for yin yoga THANKFULLY because rhythmic gymnastics sapped the living soul out of me and it was nice to relax.
Actually not really. I was dying for inversions and vinyasas and the instructor could tell lol, she asked if it was my first time trying yin and I lied and said yes and she went 'no wonder you're so restless!' :(
Visited the grandma after!
I think it's apt how everyone pushes me to the limits.
Yoga instructors push me to my flexibility limits. Gymnastics instructors push me to my strength limits. Grandma the dining instructor pushes me to my stomach capacity limits. I ate like a dying king.
I really can't wait for the joint family buffet this weekend. And neither can she apparently, because she's already chosen out the outfit and bag she's donning. So cute.
Looking forward to the weeeeekend.
