Free again

Goodbye Amnig and hello Bathroom + Kitchen Today.

I truly wasn’t looking forward to this day.

I enjoyed what I did at Amnig. I enjoyed being the sole reason our sales shot from $30 a month to a record $3.4k in December. I enjoyed studying my competitors and their prices and reflecting necessary changes in my company’s branding. I enjoyed attending Rakuten’s merchant meetings and learning what it takes to be a class A merchant.

I enjoyed selling, I enjoy nothing more. I was born to sell, be it products or my image, I was born with a great need to have everyone’s approval of what I brought in/ looked like. And this job sharpened the business side of it to the best of its ability.

Still, I look forward to my next job. I look forward to being an editor for the first time. It is a fantastic jump from writer on up. Though the job scope is not nearly as simple as my previous editor’s, it provided more challenges that I can eventually boast of subduing.

The only issue, ironically, is how I can’t work a Mac so lol good luck me.

So I spent my last free day with the man who makes me happiest.

Hush hush

I went for pole class excited because the instructor said it was gonna be a choreography for Hush Hush. I thought it was the Pussycat Dolls' song and was fucking stoked.

My guilty pleasure is anything with Nicole Scherzinger. Beyond her handcrafted-by-God body and her brilliantly crisp dance moves, she is a natural powerhouse. Throw her pop, throw her opera and throw her soul, she'll conquer them all. To this day, her Christine reprise gives me goosebumps.

So I was pretty disappointed when Hush Hush turned out to be a Korean song.. that focused more on touchy touchy dance moves instead of blow-out leg-spreading moves like the PCD's Hush Hush. Are you judging me yet? You should. I judge you for not judging me yet.

Found a little open alley next to the studio:

Headed to my grandma's after that.

I forgot most of what she was talking about but there's one point when we were leaving when we tried to look for my granddad to say goodbye. She looked around, pissed, for him and then complained he always get restless and disappears exploring the neighborhood.

We walked to the door to leave and she took one annoyed look at the shoes outside her door and went, "See! His shoes not here. Don't know go where again," hahah my grandma is the sassiest thing.

Dad drove me, brother and to mum's office and they went up for work.

Which left my poor baby brother to be my photographer:

We raced from one end to the next after this photo and I lost I BLAME MY USELESS SHOES and then we tried to do cartwheels and I failed I BLAME MY USELESS SELF while he took about six tries to do the perfect cartwheel.

I am so proud of my brother I could weep.

Review: Zoom Park

Headed for a morning class at Strala that focused on inversions.

I was able to get into my tripod headstand but the rest was difficult for me. I am not sure why I'm getting stuck but I'll work on it.. though I'll really have no chance after work starts.. sigh.

My sister is now experienced enough to assist me!

Also this is me waiting for my sister to get into a handstand.

My vanity can kill.

Rushed over to our Zoom Park after!

It was incredibly near my place but inaccessible from the bus stop. We had to walk a long way in but it was SO WORTH IT! The place looked so freaking amazing.

There were rock climbing routes, foam cubes, basketball dunk lanes, pyramids, dodge-ball fields, and a more extreme spring pad. They gave us our free socks and we started!

I twisted my foot 15 minutes into the park and limped around for pretty much the rest of the session.

Now my foot hurts too bad for words so this post shall abruptly end here.
